Answers to the most common questions about The AI-Enabled Executive Decision Lab — Her Executive Ascent's 12-week leadership accelerator for professional women. Topics covered include the curriculum, AI coaching, admissions, cohort structure, enterprise and corporate partnerships, and participant outcomes.
Program & Admissions
The AI-Enabled Executive Decision Lab is a 12-week leadership accelerator built for mid-to-senior female leaders who are navigating the transition into executive, C-suite, or board-level roles. Typically, our participants have 8–20 years of experience, lead teams or functions, and are ready to move from 'doing leadership' to shaping organizational strategy. If you're facing the credibility gap, the sponsorship gap, or the double bind, this program is for you.
Applications open quarterly for cohort-based intake. After you submit your application, our admissions team reviews your background, leadership trajectory, and program fit. Select candidates are invited to a brief interview. We maintain a selective intake to ensure peer quality and cohort cohesion. Cohort 04 is now open for applications with limited seats.
While the program is optimized for leaders already at the director/VP level or above, we evaluate each candidate individually. If you are on an accelerated leadership track or have been identified as high-potential by your organization, we encourage you to apply. Our AI-Powered Foundations track is also available for emerging managers seeking to build executive readiness early.
Curriculum & Experience
The AI-Enabled Executive Decision Lab curriculum is organized into four core pillars: Strategic Fluency (executive presence, boardroom dynamics, decision architecture), AI Literacy & Governance (prompt engineering for leadership, AI risk frameworks, data-driven influence), Power & Influence (sponsorship networks, stakeholder mapping, navigating the double bind), and the Flight Simulator (immersive scenario-based practice with real-time AI feedback). Every module is designed for application, not abstraction.
Traditional case studies are passive — you read, you discuss. The HEA Flight Simulator is active and adaptive. You step into high-stakes scenarios — board presentations, crisis communications, negotiation deadlocks — and practice in real time. Our AI engine provides dynamic stakeholder reactions, tracks your decision patterns, and generates personalized feedback on language, framing, and strategic positioning. It's practice with consequence, but without career risk.
The core accelerator is delivered in a virtual format: self-paced online, course content combined with virtual group cohort sessions, peer coaching circles, and asynchronous simulator access. This structure maximizes both deep connection and flexibility for busy executives. Specific cohort schedules are shared during admissions.
Coaching & Support
All accelerator participants receive group coaching sessions with seasoned leadership coaches who understand the specific dynamics women face in corporate power structures. Group coaching focuses on real-time application of the course content: strategic leadership, AI governance, stakeholder influence, board readiness, and crisis leadership. Additional coaching packages are available for alumni and enterprise partners.
Accelerator participants retain access to curriculum materials, simulator scenarios, and the HEA peer network for 12 months post-cohort. Alumni receive ongoing access to the community, exclusive events, and early registration for advanced workshops. Enterprise partners receive perpetual access for enrolled cohorts.
Program Outcomes
Participants commonly report stronger executive confidence, better decision-making under pressure, more clarity in how they position themselves, and greater fluency in AI governance and enterprise risk conversations. You can read a few of the testimonials provided by previous participants in the program here.
The program is designed to create practical outputs. Participants build assets such as a board bio, stakeholder strategy, and crisis playbook while developing leadership judgment through simulation and coaching.
Both. Individual participants gain leadership capability and stronger positioning, while enterprise partners may benefit from higher leadership pipeline readiness, stronger retention of high-potential women leaders, and improved executive development outcomes.
