Over a three-decade career in the tech industry—spending the last ten years spearheading multi-million-dollar digital transformations and cloud innovation programs at Microsoft and Manulife—Lori Lalonde knows what it takes to own a room.

She has pitched to skeptical stakeholders, built high-performing teams from the ground up, and coached dozens of women navigating the precarious leap from mid-management to enterprise leadership. Throughout her career, she noticed a systemic failure: the traditional support structures and leadership models women are taught simply do not reflect how corporate power, influence, and trust actually operate in the real world.

Lori built Her Executive Ascent to be the exact program she wished had existed when she was making those pivotal career moves.
